MONAUTO-MOBILE.COM takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains, in plain terms, which data we use, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. What data do we use?

• Your contact details: surname, first name, phone number, email, town or delivery address.
• Your project: type of vehicle you are looking for, criteria, budget, our exchanges.
• Your order and registration details: identity document, proof of address, date and place of birth, signed documents (order form, mandates, registration application).
• Your use of the website: cookies and audience measurement, according to your choices (see our cookie policy).

3. Why, and on what legal basis?

The information requested in our forms is used to answer you and to follow up on your project.

4. Who do we share your data with?

Your data is shared only with the people and companies involved in your project:

• The chosen dealership (Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands or Sweden), to draw up your order form and the vehicle invoice;
• The carrier, to organise delivery;
• The French authorities (vehicle registration system), for your registration certificate;
• Our chartered accountant, for our bookkeeping.

We also rely on trusted technical service providers, who act on our instructions and under a contract: website hosting, email and document storage, file management.

Your data stays confidential: it is reserved for these purposes and we keep it to ourselves.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our technical service providers may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights over your data at any time:

• right of access and rectification;
• right to erasure;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object, in particular to follow-up messages;
• right to data portability;
• right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it;
• right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

Your data is stored on secure services, with access protected by two-factor authentication and reserved for the people handling your file.
